- The event was meant to start at 12pm - promoter didn't turn up until 12:30.We waited patiently outside, security shut the door on us didn't let us know until 5 minutes before. Didnt offer us any complimentary drinks for the delay.
- Staff stole my friend's chocolates!!!
- Food was 0.1/10 (microwaved and tasteless)
- Rude staff at the bar
- Dirty toilets
- Expensive drinks

Decent. Pre order your tickets before coming. Prices are reasonable for drinks and food. The food is good quality. Location is easy to find. Music was good old and new school. Not to busy or packed. I drove here parked near the car park westfield 10 min walk and car park is 24 hours. The reason why I gave 4 stars was kinda dead tbh.
Nice outdoor venue space, I came across this space attending a private function.
Pretty good facilities ie washrooms were clean and attended too, good bar with a good variety of drinks available.
I’m not sure if they hold a regular program in this space, however my experience was pretty good.
Que for entrance and drink were an extremely long wait. The venue itself is nice with outdoor heaters. In regards to seating i think either there is alot more seating space or everyone should stand up throughout.
The security staff here are DISGUSTINGLY rude and aggressive. From the get go! In particular the females. Went to an event here and was hired a shisha pipe for the table. I was owed £10 change but the person that was supposed to give me the change had apparently gone home and there was ‘nothing that could be done!’ I of course wanted my money and wasn’t prepared to leave without it. A female security guard came over with £5 and told me that’s all I’m getting then proceeded to get very aggressive! They are clearly used to getting away with it with other people but there is no way I’m tolerating that!
AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
That’s the second and last time I’ve been here! And both times been spoken to so rudely by the security.
The security guards were disgustingly rude! They enjoyed showing authority over people. We were told we could not enter the event as it past last entry? The last entry details were not on their tickets but in their Instagram?!? Very poor customer service, no respect at all and they refuse a refund. Will not be attending any events there. AVOID AT ALL COST! Save yourself the hassle.
I did really like this place when I forst visited in 2021, the music is usually good, though looking a little run down as of 2022, and a real shame no draught beer on the very tired looking taps. Foods good and staff a mix of friendly and could be friendlier, but a nice enough addition to Stratford growing number of interesting venues
Read fully before hiring or going. As a venue pitch is a great place to go specially if the weather is dry there are white stones in the centre and in front of the stage so heels are a no - if the event says heels and it's at pitch just forget about it. Dont wear footwear you cant clean or will be mad about getting dusty. Check before you book who the organiser is and whether there are other events because the management of the spot purposely over book events so they overlap i.e. 1 event is due to end at 5pm but another 1 was meant to start at 4pm (real experience for me was we didn't get let in till gone 7pm and the event was meant to start at 4pm). Do not take gum cas the security will take it off you. I am sure he confiscated mints too (maybe he was on the pull) overall its decent but dont go to just any event. Its not fair to expect to party for 6+ hours and then only get 3 hours. But the right event will vibe well, well and can make for a wonderful time.
